Who we are
This site is operated by ColdBlast (“we”, “us”, “our”), a dry ice blasting business based at Unit 10, 3 Boss Avenue, Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire LU7 4SD, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. For any privacy query, email hello@coldblast.co.uk.
What we collect
Enquiry and quote details you submit (name, email, phone if given, industry, and your project description); booking and vehicle details for automotive work; and technical data such as your IP address used for security and spam prevention. Card payments are processed by Stripe — we never store your full card details.
How and why we use it
We process your data to respond to enquiries and provide quotes, to take and fulfil bookings, to send transactional emails (confirmations and receipts), and to keep the site secure. Our lawful bases are your consent (when you contact us), performance of a contract (when you book), and our legitimate interest in running and securing the business.
Who we share it with
We use trusted processors to operate the site and deliver our services: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), HighLevel (CRM), hCaptcha (spam prevention), Google Analytics (usage analytics), Sentry (error monitoring), and Vercel & Convex (hosting and database). We do not sell your personal data. Where a provider processes data outside the UK/EEA, appropriate safeguards are in place.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking data only as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@coldblast.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics data is used only to improve our service and is not used to identify you personally.
